Return Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition with all packaging and hardware included.
• Furniture must be free of stains, scratches, or damage beyond normal inspection.
• Assembled items may be returned if they can be disassembled and repackaged safely.
• Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Photo documentation may be required.

• Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
